In the spirit of community and sharing information, Coefficient Media is a sponsor another local technology conference. The third annual BarCamp Grand Rapids will be held on Friday, August 15 and Saturday, August 16 at Calvin College in Grand Rapids, MI. The conference is free to anyone interested and everyone is encouraged to present something or be involved, even if you're never given a talk before.

Coefficient Media has launched a new podcast! The App Show is a podcast that focuses on applications for the iPhone and iPod Touch. There has been tremendous excitement surrounding the iPhone and some technologists have even said it will be the next great computing platform.

On June 27th, Coefficient Media made the trip down to Columbus, Ohio to attend the first PodCamp Ohio.  Coefficient Media sponsored the event and will be releasing the session recordings on their PodCamp Ohio podcast site.

Coefficient Media traveled to the great city of Columbus Ohio to sponsor in the first Podcamp Ohio.

We have been doing a lot of work recently with Drupal, the amazing opensource CMS. We have also just created our own Drupal Portfolio page to feature all the great designs and implementation we have been doing with Drupal. Also related to Drupal, if you are in the Ann Arbor area we will be having a 1 year anniversary party for our Drupal developers group meeting in Ann Arbor.

I just got done watching a great movie online all about text. To be more specific, typography. It was really interesting seeing people talk about they way letters look as if it was more important than the words themselves. Although most people don't realize what type face is used when they read something, sometimes it makes the whole experience better.

Well I just got done cleaning up after the big launch party!  The party was as much a success as the new site.  We have some good cheese and drinks and continued to dance and look silly on the web cam.  If you joined us online for the event, thanks for taking time to see what we have going on over here.  Unfortunately Dan got the best of me while playing Wii Bowling and had

Coefficient Media brought their new site online on Tuesday, January 8th, 2008. This is a great improvement over the previous and will be a launching point for many new projects from Coefficient Media.
